a long time ago, i was at lacma (l.a. county museum of art) and poked my nose into their gift shop. the most WONDERFUL smell wafted towards my nostrils. it was a pleasant scent and a soothing one at that. ohhh....hhmmm...i walked over to the area that held this wonderful smell. it came from a little reed diffuser called earth elements. at that time, it was "too expensive" to pay for a scent, but obviously, my thoughts never strayed too far from that smell. by the time i made my way back to that little gift shop a few months later, the reed diffusers were sold out. *sniffle*
i found out the name of the company, but i'm not quite sure what scent it was since there were a couple of these reed diffusers sitting together. i may make several special trips to a few of these retailers to locate this scent. what was the lesson learned? don't rationalize...just BUY!
